When we were invited to dinner at a restaurant called Bo Lan, it wasn't until we arrived that I recognized it. Before our departure to Bangkok, both Anthony Bourdain & Andrew Zimmern's most recent episodes on the Travel Channel were based on Thailand and this was one of the featured restaurants. It's simply ancient Thai recipes with a modern twist. Although it wasn't authentic, it was all soo delicious.
